Who I am and what I do
I am an IT professional, striving to provide an outstanding experience for all clients, while refining my skills in customer service and gaining experience in dynamic and interesting environments. After completing a Bachelor of Information Technology at Griffith University, I began work at the Archdiocese of Brisbane - at which I have worked up to becoming a System Engineer. In this role, I have deployed and continually upkeep infrastructure to an organisation that caters to over 200 sites and more than 4000 users.
Skills & Attributes
Extremely proficient with the Microsoft Cloud Suite (Azure/Entra, Intune, 365).
Experience with VMware infrastructure (vSphere).
Experience with SQL databases and database servers.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Exceptionally high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and to strict deadlines.
Great time management skills.
Experience working within both small and large teams.
